Please keep in mind
If you do not have an email address on file in the DATIS system, the self password reset will not work properly and you will need I.T to manually reset your password.
If you submit a ticket via a non SBS email address to have your DATIS password reset, you will be prompted to call to verify your identity and reset the password.
